Fast forward to the 2008 global economic downturn, Ross, deeply involved in real estate investments to the tune of a quarter billion, faced a formidable $31 million in debt and claims. Displaying extraordinary resilience, he chose a path of integrity and relentless hard work over the easy route of bankruptcy. His tireless commitment to repaying his investors stood as a beacon of his principled approach, even in the face of adversity. His navigation through these economic downturns, aided by the advice and wisdom of his mentors, further cemented his resilience and tenacity.

Ross’s professional journey spans beyond overcoming economic downturns. As the Co-CEO of Ezzey.com and the Co-Founder and President of Ezzeymedical.com and Ezzey.io, he has innovated in the digital marketing landscape and empowered businesses to thrive in an increasingly digital world. Becoming one of the youngest executives at General Electric, being promoted through 5 positions in 4.5 years over 3 divisions, with his final position reporting to Jack Welch.

Reaching a top sales position with a Billion dollar telecommunications company that was doing $31M upon engagement, went to $1B 36 months later, and was appointed National Sales Training Director.

Founding Member / VP of Sales & Marketing for a Direct Selling Personal Development company that went public & he expanded operations internationally throughout Asia.

Being the President/Founder of a start-up Internet/nutrition company in Asia, which was promptly acquired after a very successful launch.
